Place your attention to your moment-to moment experience. Become aware of your judging and reacting.
PATIENCE
Accept wandering tendency-just don’t travel with it.
BEGINNERS MIND
See it as if for the first time. Release thinking and beliefs that prevent us from seeing things as they really are. Each moment is unique.
TRUST
Develop basic trust in yourself, feelings and inner guidance.
NON-STRIVING
Goal is no other than to be yourself. Pay attention to how you are- just watch. Best way to achieve your own goals is to back off and really focus on carefully seeing and accepting things as they are.
ACCEPTANCE
Seeing as they are in the present. Come to terms with that is.
LETTING GO
Non-attachment. Let it be what it is. To let go to strong attachments direct attention to what “holding” feels like.
