The Breath is one of the most powerful tools at our disposal for self-regulation, energy generation, and overall health. Breath helps with stress reduction, pain management, lowering blood pressure, and eliminates disease state from forming.
Meditation is a practice that transforms the mind and develops concentration and clarity to promote peacefulness, healing, rest and recovery.
