MINDFULNESS - MINDFUL COACHING/TRAINING
Mindfulness has been described as a state of active, open attention on the present. Mindfulness means maintaining a moment to moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings and our surroundings. Mindfulness practices, which improve emotion regulation, have been shown to improve a growing number of medical condition*.
Our training programs are adapted from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Below is a video provided by the University of Massachusetts Medical School explaining MSBR:
MEDITATION PRACTICES & BREATHWORK
The Breath is one of the most powerful tools at our disposal for
self-regulation, energy generation, and overall health. Breath helps with
stress reduction, pain management, lowering blood pressure, and eliminates
disease state from forming.
Meditation is a practice that transforms the mind and develops concentration and clarity to promote peacefulness, healing, rest and recovery.

Meditation can be practiced in traditional forms (sitting meditation) or can be applied practically through walking, coloring or even in everyday chores or tasks. Breath work and mediation are practices that foster mindfulness. Our mindful coaching assist clients in developing centering and mindfulness practices to their daily routines. Additionally we offer programming and training classes both on-site and on-line.

Manage Your Mind
This is a science-based, 3-session program aimed at learning to use mindfulness so as to increase well-being and become more resilient. This program address common habits we can fall into of "over-thinking". You will learn how to use mindfulness to disengage from "over-thinking, break automatism and learn to connect with your natural inner stability and resourcefulness, so you can manage life's challenges more easily and deepen gratitude for your life experiences. This format is designed for practical application and integrates simple mindfulness techniques in to daily living.
Fee: $75 for 3 classes
Meets Thursdays October 7th, 14th, and 21st @ 7-8pm - Online

MINDFUL LIFE PROGRAM
MINDFUL Life is a science-based, 8-session program aimed at learning to use mindfulness so as to increase well-being and become more resilient. Mindfulness Trainer Certification
MINDFUL LIFE TRAINING CERTIFICATION is a science-based, 10 session mindfulness training program.
In Addition to the Mindful Life Program you will also learn effective teaching practices, such as:
✓ How to prepare for mindfulness training so you’re calm and confident
✓ How to create an optimal learning environment for your participants
✓ How to guide meditations
✓ How to evaluate exercises and provide feedback
✓ How to deliver presentations, exercises and workshops for maximum impact
The training is based on scientific research and fully referenced. The program is based on MBSR and includes worksheets, exercises and audio downloads to utilize. MINDFUL LIFE is a complete mindfulness training program for practitioners who want to infuse their coaching, therapy, management, or teaching with mindfulness. This program is used and recommended by: Therapist, HR Managers/Specialists, Coaches, Trainers, Psychologist, Health Care Professionals, Attorneys, Facilitators and Teachers.
Also included is a Workbook, guided meditations mindfulness teachings, worksheets , exercise and certificate of completion. This training includes the individual training plus 2 live training classes for teacher training.

Mindfulness, Stress Management (Live Streaming Available)
Stress is a normal psychological and physical reaction to the demands of life. We all experience stress in our lives. We can learn to manage stress and lead happier, healthier lives. This class will explore the various elements of stress, how to identify and recognize when we are under stress, and practice techniques to restore, manage and heal from stress.
