Would you like to help teach your child to release their worries?  Or Perhaps you may need a pratice to help clam yourself and move out of the state of stress and anxiety.
This a beautiful natural practice derived from the Guatemalan Indians:
When you have worries you tell them to the dolls. At bedtime take one doll for eachworry and share your worries with that doll. Overnight the doll will solve your worries.  Since there are only 6 dlls, you are only allowed 6 worries a day.
Practice & Aim: To acknowledge and RELEASE worry energy.
