Health & Well-Being Coaching Program

Coaching Program includes:

•  ASSESSMENT:
• Personal (On-line) Health & Wellness  Survey
• ONE HOUR INITIAL COACHING SESSION: -One hour initial Wellness Coaching Session  (on-line or in person). We will explore your health assessment, design a wellness vision, create 3-month and weekly goals and (optional) conduct biometrics readings. 
• 3  -  30-45 minute weekly/bi-weekly goal review sessions - virtual or in-person.

Health and Wellness Coaches partner with clients seeking to enhance their well-being through self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values. Our Coaches are National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches.
