One on One personal coaching session is designed around the client's current situation and intentions. A life coaching session is an opportunity to work with a coach regarding your life or circumstances surrounding you and move towards what is seeking expression from within. A coaching session can be in person, zoom virtual conferencinge, Duo, Skype, Face Time, or telephonic and/or a combination.
